Cancellation & Refund Policy
We would be sorry to see you cancel your trip to Mongolia, but we understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel your booking, please send an email to info.nomadmongolia@gmail.com stating the name of the tour and the reason for cancellation. The effective cancellation date will be the date we receive your written request.
31 days or more prior to departure: Full refund minus any costs already incurred, including:
- Domestic flight cancellation fees (USD 30 one-way / USD 50 round-trip)
- Accommodation booking fees
- Bank transaction fees (approximately USD 75–85)
- Service/administration fee (5%)
- Any other applicable trip-related charges
30–15 days prior to departure: 30% of the total trip price will be charged.
14–7 days prior to departure: 50% of the total trip price will be charged.
6–0 days prior to departure: 100% of the total trip price will be charged.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. If your reason for cancellation is covered under your policy, you may be eligible to recover these charges through your insurance provider.
Personal Data Protection
All personal information you provide to us (including any sensitive personal data) will be securely stored. We may use your name and email address solely for marketing communications. If you prefer not to receive marketing materials from us, please email info.nomadmongolia@gmail.com to opt out. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
From time to time, we may take photographs or videos during our tours for promotional purposes. Unless you inform us otherwise, you consent to the use of your image in our marketing materials.
If you believe that any personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or needs to be updated, please contact us promptly so we can correct it.
Complaints
If you have a complaint during your tour, you must inform your tour leader or guide immediately. They will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. A report form will be completed together with you, outlining the details of your complaint and the action taken to address it. Please keep a copy of this report for your records.
If, after the tour, you feel that your complaint has not been fully resolved, you must submit your complaint to Nomad Travel Mongolia in writing within two weeks of the tour’s completion. Your written claim must include any relevant receipts and supporting documentation.
Complaints regarding services that are not directly provided by Nomad Travel Mongolia should be directed to the appropriate supplier.
Nomad Travel Mongolia cannot accept liability for any claims submitted more than two weeks after the completion of your tour.
