"We did the 4 day Mongolia tour with Jigden in December. Throughout the entire planning process, Jigden was patient and accommodating, even offering us advice as we were travelling overland from China. Throughout the trip, Jigden upheld the same level of professionalism and warmth, going out of his way to pick us up from the bus terminal, and bringing us out for dinner and around the city. It is an understatement to say that we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly during the trip, and we truly are immensely grateful to Jigden for catering to our every needs, and personally bringing us out into the countrysides in his personal vehicle. The experience left me wanting more, and I am certain that one day I will return to seek greater adventures with Jigden and his team."
